Peter set up Prime Time Financial in 2010 having moved from another local independent financial adviser firm.
He is qualified to Diploma level with the Personal Finance Society (DipPFS), and also has mortgage and equity release qualifications (CertsCII (MP & ER)), and a long term care qualification (CF8). He has been a contributor to the financial adviser trade press, and is also a regular blogger.
In an earlier phase of his career Peter was Technical Director or consultant for a number of software companies, and achievements include editing a book, installing the first computer in Buckingham Palace, and consulting on almost every continent of the world. Having sold his business, a desire to see people taking full advantage of their finances lead him into financial services.
Peter and his family moved to Fleet in 1994 although two grown-up daughters now live elsewhere. He has a wide range of interests, not all active at the same time! They include owning a share in an aeroplane which he flies from Popham, singing in a choir, playing the piano and organ, playing with model railways, and still doing a bit of software development. There’s also a spiritual side to him somewhere.
From my very first meeting with Peter Lawrence, I felt confident I had made the right choice of adviser
